Usage & Application

Applications

Our rotational molding granules or rotational molding powder finds primary use in manufacturing of water storage tanks and chemical tanks, pallets and material handling bins, road dividers, boats, septic tanks, flower pots, feed carts, calf hutches, outdoor toys, cool boxes(ice box), utility handling carts, and many more customized products related to rotomoulding items.

Food Contact Applications

As mentioned above, all the grades at Bril-Lene are manufactured from polymers that cater to the Indian Standard, IS: 10146-1982 on "Polyethylene for its safe use in contact with foodstuffs, pharmaceuticals, and drinking water." The antioxidant content of the grade is <3000 ppm.

Research & Development

Our plant at Amreli, Gujarat houses multi stage state of the art laboratory. All our material and product lots pass through multi level tests before and after the production process. Contrasting to most of the Re-Process units, we give utmost importance to our R&D subdivision so as to ensure premium material each time. Our plastic engineers and experts toil hard towards improving our products in areas of higher flexibility, better impact strength, long term crack resistance and many other aspects. Hence, Perfect PolyPlast guarantees high grade material with 99% perfection and uniformity every time it is brought into use. The production of the granules as well as powder employs imported roto grades of polymers manufactured by major polymer producers.

BRIL-FOAM FOR ROTATIONAL MOULDING

Foaming agents are additives which release gas through chemical reactions or thermal decomposition. This gas creates cell structure in the polymer matrix. Further, the foaming agents are of two types- Exothermic blowing agent and Endothermic blowing agent. BRILSOL has developed foaming agent powders based on Exothermic blowing agent.

This blowing agent is properly dispersed in a polyolefinic resin along with some specialty chemicals which helps in creating a very fine cell structure in Rotomoulded LLDPE tanks. Since our foaming agent is in powder form thus sparing the cost of pulverization otherwise borne by the customer.
