ROTORELEASE® RM-1191
Release Agent Rotorelease® RM-1191 is a “ready-to-use” release agent, forming a consistent release film on the mould.
Despite the film being micro thin, it stays impervious after cure, even to abrasive materials and temperature fluctuations as high as 450°C.
Release Agent Rotorelease® RM-1191 forms a strong chemical bond to most mould materials thus providing multiple releases per application.
Additionally, the Release Agent Rotorelease® RM-1191 does not transmit to the moulded parts, facilitating further processing like varnishing or gluing without the need for subsequent treatment.
There is substantial reduction in build-ups on the moulds caused by depositions of pigments, anti-aging agents, resin residues etc.
A build-up caused by Release Agent Rotorelease® RM-1191 is unlikely, if it is used as directed.
Another feather in the cap is its compatibility for both, polyethylene and polypropylene types. As mentioned above, it provides multiple releases per application.
